Church Equip has excellent tools for
tracking family information which will
empower you with flexible phone directories,
family photos, full ministry tracking,
service visit recording, and all of the
usual address and phone information. There
is also a tremendous amount of information
that can be tracked for each family member
such as gifting, training, child safety
training and communication modes, donation
identification, membership and baptism
information.
Church Equip has a number of
convenient phone and photo directories
available with the click of a mouse. Choose
to print congregational phone books, child
ministry phonebooks, or photo directories.
Include any number of details as you choose.
Include all families that have indicated
they want to be in the directory or print
all families that attend the church. Church
Equip phone and photo directories can be
exported to MS Word or MS Publisher for
further customizations.
The donation tracking
features of Church Equip are extensive.
Enter bulk memorized transactions to automate
your regular auto debit donations. Print
one of over thirty reports including quarterly
donor statements, charitable receipts,
donor analysis, pledge tracking and statements,
etc.
Church Equip Online includes an excellent
events calendar for keeping your congregation
informed about upcoming events. The look
of the calendar is customizable; add your
own banners and footers. Create multiple
calendars and choose to password protect
your calendars.
Small group ministry information
is crucial for assisting church leaders.
Church Equip will give you a very clear
picture of the health of your small group
ministry and its readiness for multiplying
groups. Track the leadership personnel,
group types, age level, affinity, etc.
