Church Equip Online Software is available as one basic package with an optional premium upgrade. The premium upgrade includes the donation and small group features. On the left is a graphical representation of the menu system where you can see the basic module feature in the blue section and the premium module in the gold section.

Basic Module $239/year or $19.92/mth Family Information -   including communication modes, contact points, private notes, benevolence, photos, temporary address, and service visits. Family Member Information -   including spiritual gifts, baptism, membership, church keys, notes, ministry involvement, personality type, references, skills and training. Ministry Involvement Tracking   - including spiritual gifting needed, leadership connection, hours worked per period, starting date and ending date. Child Ministry Registration -   including allergies, special needs, child release information, emergency medical and contact information and child ministry phone directories. Child protection Tracking -   that keeps track of references, training, authorization etc. for workers. Group Email Utility -   that allows you to create and send bulk emails to groups within your congregation. Library Loan and Resource Tracking -   is a full tracking system for books, loans, etc. Online Congregational Event Calendar -   is a full calendar utility for creating and displaying congregational calendars on the web. Create multiple calendars, format them to look like your website with footers and headers and password protect them if you choose. Room and Resource Booking -   allows you to reserve or confirm a room booking for an unlimited number of rooms.

Premium Module $119/year or $9.92/mth The Premium Module can be leased for a small additional fee during your chosen lease period. The Premium Module includes the donation software and the small group software. Donation Features     Donation Data Entry -   Enter weekly or daily donations, comprehensive receipt management that complies with government standards, quarterly donor statements, graphing, and pledge tracking. Donation Reporting -   There are dozens of donation reports that include charitable receipts, quarterly donor statements, donation category totals, deposit reports, pledge management and statement reports, donor analysis by amount, analysis by name and analysis by family, total donations graphing, and much more. Small Group Features     Small Group Information -   including leader, apprentice, host, study subject, start date, expected birthing date, affinity, comprehensive coaching structure tracking, etc. Small Group Member Tracking -   including their small group role, start date, end date, attendance etc. Small Group Reports -   including leadership and coaching structure, reporting dates, group information, group attendance sheets, etc.
